"You can tell that Jake and Zach have collaborated for a long time. It's reflective of their personal customer service. I'm sure they're a busy office, but you'd never feel that way with the attention they provide to you. I filled out an online questionnaire from a 3rd party platform that seeks competitive quotes regarding my car insurance needs. Jake acknowledged receipt within minutes, not some AI generated response. He requested for a follow-up call with just a few more Q & A's, my completed and thorough quote was ready for review within a couple of hours. Once I accepted, because he was thorough with what available discounts were allowed, I quickly committed to a sign up call 2 days later. He scheduled that call, which took less than 15 mins because he had already had my forms ready to go. It's been a couple of weeks and both he and the owner, Zach have made follow-up calls to me asking if there's anything I need from them. I really wish the brick and mortar businesses would go back to this type of personal service because it's the bast way to retain their customers! Thank you again Jake and Zach"
