"When I was shopping for new quotes because my previous insurance decided to raise my premiums 36% without explanation. I did the traditional google search to compare rates locally. Assembled a few packages and had some companies reach out regarding my inquiry. Not only was State Farm, the cheapest, most competitive, and fasted to respond. Zach was exceptionally well versed, uber friendly, and could answer all of my random questions. So it was a no brainer to make the switch to them. However, when I later had to make a claim because my car was totaled in a hit and run while I was sleeping and parked. Jennifer and the Claims center were on it. The claims center was professional courteous, and generous in the appraisal of my totaled vehicle. No one wins in the instance of an accident, but Jennifer, claims, and Zach left me feeling like a winner in an otherwise dark scenario. Big thanks to Jennifer for making claims calls when I lacked the energy to do so. I also had a death within my family at around the same time, and without sharing the gravity of my situation.
